    The scroll up button does not work well – I have to press it hard a number of times to get a response! Otherwise all well, and at this price I cannot go through the hassle of sending it back. Cheap quality, but then it was a cheap product! It also looks on the picture that the display is back-lit; it is not!

    I bought this particularly for the speakerphone function. Unfortunately that’s the bit that doesn’t work very well. Disappointing.

    Bought this as a present for my dad. Microphone doesn’t work, so you can hear people but thay can’t hear you. They want to charge me £5 to send it back, even though it’s not fit for purpose. Why is Amazon allowing these rubbish traders on their site?
