    This arrived before the due date, always a plus. I have not finished setting it up, but so far it seems to do what it says on the box. I did have to call on my grandson to set the time and date for me. The instruction book is a bit limited so if you are not used to computers make sure you have someone who can help you.

    Sent two phones back. My mother loved the phone and was very disappointed that sim cards won’t fit. First one had a wire sticking out of the sim slot and the second wouldn’t fit a sim card. I’ve checked and it’s ‘ meant’ to fit a standard sim. Luckily as we were dubious of the sim slot so we tried a spare card, we found that the slot wasn’t deep enough and the phone didn’t register a card present, it was also impossible to get the sim back out so have had to send back with card still in. Very disappointed as it would have been an ideal phone for my mum and it looked nice to. Not going to risk a third as two where not fit for purpose
