    It’s a great phone for people who don’t need a phone book. To clarify, in the fuller product description it claims that it ‘comes complete with 120 name and number phonebook and a call log of up to the last 30 calls’ which is not true at all. The lady via the Binatone helpline confirmed this too. Amazon have been informed (hence the reason for the return) but they still have not removed this from the description.     I love this phone. It is so easy to see. The display is so much better than some of the more expensive ones on the market. All the features work perfectly. Desrves Five stars oh and it looks good as well.

    The phone was a good buy and easy to set up however, as it is good for elderly as numbers are big enough to see and the speaker phone is good too, the actual wringer tone is far too quiet even on the loudest setting
