This product is not! firstly the display; I think that trading standards should look at the product packaging as it is impossible to get a contrast level as shown on the front, even at max level four and with batteries installed! Useless for people with impaired vision which given the large buttons, large display you would think this is who it was designed for. The telephone number display is one digit short for the UK so has to scroll for one digit! You have to use the accompanying lead from wall socket to phone, as given the multi country leads provided the internal wiring on this phone must be different from the usual configuration for the UK, trying to substitute this for a longer cable by itself will not work (adding an extension lead might, I don’t know as there was not one available).

I would not recommend this phone, its only positive feature is that it is relatively cheap.
