A Big Disappointment!,
Really disappointed with the Doro. Firstly I could not send/receive picture messages & spent ages with my phone network, and Doro, before it was eventually sorted. Then the screen developed a fault & I had to return phone for repair. Next, the Storage in this phone was almost 100% full due to the apps installed and updates, and this was causing a slowing down of the functions. Doro’s only “solution” was to delete the updates on Chrome to make more space available. I had an SD card in the phone but apparently this only stores pictures, music etc. Everything else is stored on the (overloaded) phone. I had only installed a few extra apps myself, so I don’t feel that I had overloaded things.
This Liberto just wouldn’t function reliably. Things like “Doro Experience” would freeze. The app or web page I was on would just jump back to the opening screen. The camera function would freeze.
Doro admitted to me that they had had many complaints about the Liberto 810. It is their first “smartphone” and it would appear that they are struggling with it. This is a shame as I liked the phone initially and really wanted it to work properly.
My advice – avoid the Doro Liberto 810 – at least until Doro sort out the problems.

Awful unusable touch screen.,
The rest of the phone I have no problem with. The interface is well set out and easy to use. The 3 real keys on the bottom of the phone were a little stiff but a nice idea. And the screen looked okay.
The only thing to excuse the phone is that maybe the screen was faulty or not calibrated correctly but I don’t expect to buy a phone like this and figure out how to make it type accurately. Anyway I only needed to use the phone for about 20 minutes before realising it had to be returned, and the company were only too happy to refund the cost, so at least if you want to try the phone there is that option, and maybe you’ll have better luck than me.
