My wife is profoundly deaf and relies on 2 hearing aids. She needed a new telephone at work to enable her to ring orders through etc which she can manage if the phone works with hearing aids and has enough amplification. After trying a few other phones with varying poor results (and Binatone phones with disastrous results!) we decided to give the Geemarc a go.
Wow! This phone is amazing and is easily the best one that my wife has tried. It works brilliantly with her aids and the tone control makes all the difference.
Definitely recommended and we will be buying another now to replace our home phone.

Ideal for those with hearing difficulties, especially as it has a tone
control as well as a volume adjuster.
Has made my life a lot less stressful.

I bought this for an elderly relative who is slightly deaf and has poor eyesight. I found it easy to set up, quite well-designed, and it works well. The instruction booklet was also much better than on many consumer products that I have bought in recent years.

My only minor quibble is that the M1 through M9 memory buttons down the right have no space to label them – there is a rather flimsy pull-out shelf at the bottom of the phone where names can be written in, but it’s hard to use, and there is parallax error in lining up these names with the buttons, so those with limited eyesight will have trouble working out which name corresponds to which button. If the designers had done that better, I would have given the product five stars.
