Bought this for my elderly dad who is a bit unsteady on his feet these days. Worked brilliantly to start with but after just over a week’s worth of use, the handset will no longer charge or work off the mains. Tried contacting seller for a replacement battery but only option is to return item. Quick search on the web and it is impossible to find a replacement battery.
