Utterly useless. Firstly they only had a French instruction manual. Secondly all the LCD displays were in French, so I had to try to guess what they meant when setting them up. Pairing was a nightmare. They only came with EU plugs, but worst of all they only had connectors to connect to the peculiar and overly large French phone line sockets and therefore would not work in the UK.

Amazon were very good when they realised that all the above was true and therefore the product was of no use to me or anyone else in the UK. Their help line service was excellent. They did their utmost to try to sort out the problem, including trying to source a manual in English. They kept me informed and gave me up to date feedback as to where they were.

Sagecom were useless. So well done Amazon. They sent the most prompt refund to me anyone could wish for and arranged collection of the 3 units I had bought from my home.
