My Dad is hard of hearing and his eyesight isn’t great, but he loves this phone.
Big screen, big letters, loud ring and volume, and powerful vibrate.
He says it’s the best and easiest phone he’s owned.
The SOS button is a bonus, and he accidentally set it off so we know it definitely works.
And he’s a 79 year old technophobe.. lol

I needed a mobile phone that I could use without specs but I did not want to invest in a smart phone with clever, expensive features that I would never use. Dual SIM means I should get better coverage wherever I am. The big keys and large screen are great. The charging dock saves fiddling about with little plugs. My only criticism is the manual. It does not detail the functions of the keys or the menus clearly but I have worked most of it out.

This is an excellent phone which I bought for my wife. Big bold keys and very clear words on the screen. Much better than struggling with her glasses to read the screen. Plenty of ring tones and of course the added emergency button works well when we tested it. Excellent little phone. We don’t use the desk charger but it is included in the package so handy if you work in an office.
