Bought this phone for my wife as she is already on Virgin pay as you go, so it was easy just to swop the sim card.The service from Teletape was excellent and the phone was as discribed. We had trouble getting the camera to work, in the manual it says you have to press the “0” button with the camera symbol on it, This did not work. I e-mailed Teletape and the manual is wrong you need to press the green button to work the camera.It would be better if the message alert repeated itself and the punctuation on the text is a bit of a faff but otherwise the phone is fine.

The phone it just what I required, easy to use can see the button very clear. only problem I have found the button do not seem to be very sturdy, not sure how long it will last. but I do like the phone, the docking charge stand is very good.
